The Principal, Peter Court, is a Chartered Town Planner with over thirty one years experience of planning and development. During this time he has covered many planning inquiries, researched the development prospects of sites, negotiated the acquisition of land and promoted development of sites through the planning system.
Peter is well known throughout the development industry and most importantly has good contacts with local authorities in the region.
Peter’s wife Jane, works along side him. Jane is also a Town Planner who had previously worked for Kent County Council and then Maidstone Borough Council in their Development Control departments. She subsequently gained valuable experience in private sector consultancies before helping Peter establish Peter Court Associates.
